Process: Tap water / Raw water Tank → Booster pump (Raw water pump) → Quartz Sand filter → Activated Carbon filter → Water softener (Cation resin filter optional)

→ Cartridge filter(Security filter) → UF membranes → Produced water storage tank

RO water purification system  is to produce high quality drinking water for drinking or beverage factory etc.

1. Booster pump (Raw water pump)-- provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter

2. Quartz sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on

3. Activated carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on

4. Water softener (Cation resin filter)---Hard water is softened by removing the calcium magnesium it contains.

5. Cartridge filter(Security filter)--prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.

6. UF membranes --UF can be used for the removal of particulates and macromolecules from raw water to produce potable water
